A Fleet Built for the Roads We Know

We operate in Istanbul and Damascus — two cities with very different road conditions and traffic patterns. In Istanbul, we prioritize vehicles that handle city stop-and-go traffic efficiently: the Toyota Corolla Hybrid returns up to 30% better fuel economy than a conventional petrol equivalent in urban driving. For airport runs and intercity highway trips, we offer the Hyundai Staria and other larger vehicles.

In Damascus and across Syria, we run a fleet calibrated for varied surface quality and conditions where reliability matters above all else. The Toyota Corolla remains a cornerstone of our Syrian fleet because its parts are widely available and mechanics across Syria know it well.

All vehicles in both fleets are replaced on a maximum two-year cycle. A car showing unusual wear or any recurring fault comes off the road before it goes out to a customer.

Transparent Pricing, No Exceptions

Every Auris quote includes all mandatory fees. The price you see is the price you pay at collection, provided booking details have not changed. We do not add compulsory insurance at the counter that was not in the quote. We do not charge airport surcharges on top of quoted rates. We do not apply fuel charges if the car is returned at the same fuel level it was collected.

The only legitimate additional charges that can arise: optional insurance upgrades chosen at collection, child seat rental if reserved separately, and any damage that occurs during the rental period. All disclosed in full in our rental agreement, provided in English and Arabic.

Pickup and Delivery

We offer door-to-door vehicle delivery across Istanbul. For Istanbul Airport (IST), our team meets you at arrivals — no shuttle bus, no off-site lot, no extra waiting. For Sabiha Gökçen (SAW), our office is eight minutes from the terminal. In Damascus, we offer airport pickups and hotel deliveries across the city.

Around-the-Clock Support

Our team is reachable seven days a week including evenings and weekends. Every customer receives a direct WhatsApp number for their rental period — not a central call centre queue. If a breakdown occurs, we coordinate roadside assistance and, where necessary, a replacement vehicle.
